All women of the
church are members of the Women's Fellowship and are invited to attend
our regular meetings and special events. Our Women's Fellowship participates
in many special projects each year, including:
- supporting a
foster child
donations to Frankfort Terrace, Anchorage of Beecher and Trinity School
- donating hats
and mittens to needy children and poinsettias to the shut-ins at Christmas
- sponsoring
a Christmas cookie sale for a church mission project
- serving at
funeral luncheons
- attending and
sponsoring area events such as the KWIL Women's meetings
- participating
in World Day of Prayer
- sponsoring
an annual Birthday Celebration at the Anchorage of Beecher
- sponsoring
a Mother/Daughter Banquet and Christmas potluck for our membership,
and
- other mission
and social events
Women's Fellowship meets the second Thursday of the month from September
- May at 7 p.m. in the Friendship Room. The annual mother/daughter banquet
is held the first Sunday in May. The Christmas Potluck Dinner is held
in December.
