YOUTH GROUP

“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”

Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)

St. Peter’s has two youth groups—K.F.C. (Kids For Christ) for those in third through seventh grade and I.M.P.A.C.T. (Influencing My Peers As a Christian Teen) for those in eighth grade through high school.

The K.F.C. youth group meets in the Youth room usually on the second Sunday of the month after worship. The I.M.P.A.C.T. youth group meets on the third Sunday of the month and often gathers off-site at different restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream emporiums throughout Frankfort.

Both groups experience a lesson prior to some fun, fellowship, and food. Likewise, both groups are service-focused—making ‘giving back’ and ‘showing Christ’s love to others’ their main mission. The youth groups meet September through May each year.

Meeting dates (and locations) are sent to parents and youth alike.  The meeting dates are subject to change due to various commitment conflicts. In addition to the website, watch the KEY and weekly bulletins for updates on meetings and youth service activities.
